Challenge

Szpital Skawina ran parenteral nutrition on manual calculations and paper documentation. Time-consuming and prone to dosage errors.

Solution

We designed and deployed MyTotalMix - a web application for full lifecycle management of parenteral nutrition prescriptions:

  • Prescription creation - automated requirement calculations in line with clinical standards
  • Pharmaceutical verification - automatic prescription validation against pharmaceutical limits
  • Bag production - full cycle from order to barcode label printing
  • Hardware integration - connection with physical compounders and label printers
  • REST API - OpenAPI compliant documentation, ready for integration with external systems

Result

  • Pharmacists create prescriptions in less time - without manual calculations or paper
  • Every bag has a unique barcode - full auditability
  • Real-time validation catches dosage errors before they reach production

Challenge

BTH uses Comarch XL as their main system, but the company's needs went beyond what XL offers out of the box. Staff needed one place to handle orders, invoices, GW notes, gate entries, sheet metal processing, certificates and reports - without jumping between XL screens.

Solution

We built an internal web application on the Comarch XL API - a single place where BTH staff handle day-to-day operations:

  • Orders and GW notes - full lifecycle of production orders and external dispatch notes
  • Invoices - issuing and reviewing invoices, linked to XL
  • Sheet metal processing - recording and tracking processing operations
  • Gate entries - supplier and transport check-in
  • Stock levels and reports - live data from XL in a single view
  • Certificates - storing and issuing material certificates

Result

  • Staff have one tool instead of several Comarch XL screens plus paper documents
  • Every operation (GW note, invoice, certificate, gate entry) is linked to XL data
  • New functions (gate entries, sheet metal processing) work where XL does not reach by default
  • The application runs on live XL data via API - without manual synchronization

Anko is a general contractor operating in 8 voivodeships. They handled IT infrastructure in-house, but as the company grew they needed a partner to take administration and technical support off their plate.
