BTH uses Comarch XL as their main system, but day-to-day work required screens and features that aren't in the standard XL. We built an internal web application on the XL API - one tool for orders, invoices, GW notes, sheet metal processing, gate entries, material certificates and reports. The application runs on live XL data via API, without manual synchronization.

What is the Comarch XL ERP system?
Comarch XL is an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system by the Polish company Comarch, dedicated to medium and large enterprises. It integrates sales, warehouse, finance, production and HR processes in one system. XL itself is deployed by authorized Comarch partners. AdminBrothers is not a Comarch partner - we build integrations and web applications on the XL API for companies that already have XL deployed and need features beyond the standard.

Does my company need to have Comarch XL already deployed? +
Yes. We work on the API of an existing Comarch XL installation. We don't deploy XL itself - if you are still considering an ERP deployment, we recommend an authorized Comarch partner. After deployment we can add integrations and web applications on top of XL.
What can you build on the Comarch XL API? +
Internal web applications for staff (as for BTH), panels for clients, integrations with other systems (online stores, warehouses, devices), automations (exports, reports, notifications), extensions handling processes outside standard XL.
How much does a Comarch XL integration cost? +
The cost depends on the scope - a simple data export has a different budget than an internal application for staff. We prepare an individual quote after the first conversation about processes and needs. The initial meeting is free.
Do you need to be a Comarch partner for these projects? +
Not for integrations and applications on the XL API - we work directly with the API documentation. If the scope requires changes to XL itself (upgrades, new standard modules), we recommend an authorized Comarch partner.
How are your integrations different from extensions from Comarch partners? +
We are a software house with IT administration experience, not a license reseller. We combine backend, frontend and infrastructure knowledge. We are not a Comarch partner - for some clients that's a plus (independence, no conflict of interest when advising).
